1.1 How do I find the correct size for me?

Here at Johnnie Brock's, we want you to look your best this Halloween.  How do we do that?  We provide all of the tools to make sure that your costume will fit perfectly.  Check out our lists of resources and size charts that will help you find the prefect fit.  Please note that many costumes are sized differently than clothing so it is important to view the size chart prior to your purchase.  View Size charts here

 

 

1.2 How do I know if a product is in stock?

If "In Stock" appears next to the availability section on the product detail page than you will be able to add the item to your cart and purchase it online or in store.  (If you are interested in finding out if our Washington Mo, Johnnie Brock's Party Store has a particular product available click check availability).

 

 

1.3 What forms of payment does johnniebrocks.com accept?

We proudly accept Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  We also accept check cards or ATM/debit cards that are connected with one of the four major credit card companies mentioned above.  *Please Note:  We do not accept checks, cash, IMS, or prepaid credit cards/gift cards that are not attached to a billing address.*

 

 

2 Shipping
2.1 How much does shipping cost?

In general, standard shipping will cost $6.99 (there are a few products that are unavailable for standard shipping due to it's irregular size or weight).  If you chose to expedite your shipping we offer the best possible pricing based on a live rate from UPS.

 

 

2.2 How long will Shipping Take?

Standard Shipping typically will take 2-8 Business days depending on final destination.  (Destinations such as Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time)

UPS Ground may take anywhere from 1-3 days for local shipments in Missouri and most of the Midwest while other destinations should expect 3-5 days

UPS Pickups are done at 3:00pm (CST) therefore late orders may be delayed to following day (Due to COVID we are unable to send shipments out on Saturday and Sunday.  We apologize for the inconvenience)

 

 

2.3 How do I track my order?

We will notify you once when your order has been shipped with a UPS tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
